Now in the 7th year of operation, Top Notch Craft Shows are high quality, juried, ALL HANDCRAFTED seasonal shows that provide local artisans the venue for displaying their talents. I am very proud of the 100% handcrafted reputation the crafters of these shows have established.

THE LOWDOWN~

EVERYTHING IN THIS SHOW MUST BE HANDMADE BY YOU!!! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please don't try to sneak anything commercial/imported in, because I'll catch you! Heeeheee...This is a juried show, which means three photos that represent what you sell must accompany your applications, if you are a new vendor. Returning vendors do not need to include photos, unless you are wanting to add something new or out of your category that you participated previously. There are no deadlines to apply, I accept applications until the shows are full.

There are three sizes of booths for lease. A single is 8 feet wide, by 4 feet deep, for $60.00. A space and a half, is 12 feet wide, and 4 ft. deep, which is $90.00. And there are a LIMITED number of double spaces, for $120.00, first come, first served on those. Blended space is available, if you feel you do not have enough to fill an entire booth. The same fees apply. There is a 23% commission taken on all sales.

Application fees must be submitted with signed contract. Please make separate checks for the shows you are applying for. I no longer can accept applications without a check to hold your spot, nor can I deduct the next show's fee from another show. I will accept post dated checks, however. Once accepted into the show(s), the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your cancelled check(s) is/are your receipt for acceptance into shows. Checks will be returned to those not accepted. If you are not accepted into all shows applied for, the checks for those shows will be returned to you.

These shows are central checkout. That means, I sell your wares for you, after you set up your booth space. You do not sell your own wares. All crafters must CLEARLY tag each item with the price and your crafter identification number. This is the number that YOU CHOOSE and will distinguish your items from other vendors at the point of sale. Please be sure that you do not include any other numbers/letters on your price tags (i.e. stock numbers, etc.) as this causes a great deal of confusion at check out and can result in improper credit of your sales. Your crafter ID number must be included on your application AND MATCH YOUR TAGS! That way I can cross reference your number with all other vendors to prevent duplicate numbers with other crafters.

Set up times are printed on each application. I ask that you adhere to this set up time. Unless you have made special arrangements to set up early through me, do not show up early, as you will not be allowed to set up! There is SO much to do to get ready, I MUST have this time to get the work done before I can allow anyone to set up! When setting up, please display in a tiered manner with boxes, crates, etc. Flat displays are not allowed. Table coverings and skirting
to the floor are required if using a table in your display. There are a limited number of 8 ft. tables on a first come first served basis. Lighting is required in all booths! PLEASE BRING YOUR LIGHTING AT SET-UP! A $25.00 fee will be deducted from your check if lighting has to be provided for you. These are older buildings with minimal lighting. If the customer can't see it, they won't buy it!!!

Please be sure you give yourself enough time to complete your set- up during the time frame given to you. Restocking can be done before the show opens, after it closes, or very discretely during the show.

Sales tax will be collected and remitted to the state on your behalf.

Your show profits will be mailed to you 14 business days after the close of the show. Please be sure to have correct mailing information on your application, including your name as you would like it to appear on your check.
